Family dentist is misleading. When you hear of a family dentistry, you think it’s close knit and they are going to really care about you and give you the time and attention that you’re paying for. That is not what this place is.I came in originally 3 months ago for a broken filling. They gave it no urgency or attention and pushed the periodontal clean on us. They said I had a small cavity in there but apparently wasn’t a concern. Then months later they said it’s “progressed” and I now need a crown (an additional $1200!) It was weird because the reviews were good but you get there and it’s more like a mill. If I had been given any sort of proper attention this wouldn’t have happened. They also locked me into a contract before telling me all this. I spoke to the owner and instead of trying to resolve the situation in any way his demeanor was aggressive and was very quick to tell me they can cancel my membership, transfer my records somewhere else, and I can leave. After talking to the owner I get why no real care or attention is given to their patients. Go to a real family dentist that cares enough to spend more than 60 seconds telling what you should do.
